Our one-on-one consulting services provide the opportunity for project-based learning, where you drive the focus and goals of our work together. One of us will run point on each project, but rest assured that you will have the full force of the BoB brain trust behind you!

Areas of expertise on which we can consult include:

• LONG-TERM PLANNING: Architect and roll-out a custom plan for your project, from incubation to production, designed to ensure it reaches its potential.

• SHORT-TERM STRATEGY: Locate, discuss and assess strategic opportunities for your project, as well as the resources needed to capitalize on those opportunities.

• ARTIST CONNECTIONS: Identify (as needed) and facilitate introductions to artists and/or creative collaborators of interest to you/your project.

• SCRIPT FEEDBACK: Offer script consultation and dramaturgical feedback in order to strengthen and clarify storytelling.

• BUDGETING: Build and/or provide feedback on your project's budget at its current stage of life.

• INVESTMENT ASSESSMENT: Review and share critical feedback of an investment opportunity (whether you are the one raising funds, or the prospective investor).

• INVESTMENT MAKING: Guide you through the transaction of a commercial theatrical investment.

• BUILDING A BUSINESS: be it commercial or non-profit (we have built both!).

• MARKETING & BRANDING: Consult on marketing strategy and brand identity prior to project rollout/launch.

$150/hour

NOTE: project-based consulting projects begin with a 15-20 minute intake meeting to hear the needs of your project, for which you will be charged $35. We will then share a proposal with you re: the scope of work, and if you decide to move forward with us that $35 will be credited towards your first hour of consultation.
